UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE

The United Nations Human Rights Committee  United is located in the city of Geneva and is competent to examine the appeals of individuals submitted in application of the  International Covenant on  Rights  civil and political.

The requests  individuals are considered by members of the Human Rights Committee elected from among  the personalities and during the transfers which are held every three months.   
 
English, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, French and Russian are the official languages of the Committee. English, Arabic, Spanish, French and Russian are the working languages.

The Procedure for referral to the Committee must comply with certain numbers of rules, which is why it is important to contact a legal professional for advice and assistance in order to best defend your interests.
