The United Nations Human Rights Committee United is located in the city of Geneva and is competent to examine the appeals of individuals submitted in application of the International Covenant on Rights civil and political.
The requests individuals are considered by members of the Human Rights Committee elected from among the personalities and during the transfers which are held every three months.
